Abstract

A teacher must be able to innovate so that learning is more effective and enjoyable, so that learning objectives can still be achieved. To want smooth learning activities according to curriculum targets, an educator requires careful preparation, such as material that is well prepared and supported by media that is easy to understand and also interesting. In this era of increasingly advanced technology, one medium that is easy to find is an Android cellphone, which almost everyone has. The aim of the author is to apply Augmented Reality (AR) so that students' understanding of science learning about electrical circuits, which has been difficult to understand, becomes real for students at SD 09 Peguyangan. Augnened Reality will make the electrical circuit material easy to understand, so that students' interest in the science subject of electrical circuits will increase. In this research, by taking interviews and observations, the author used qualitative methods. The research results show that applying Augmented Reality (AR) media can increase students' understanding by up to 90% so that they are motivated to learn.
